Note: We know men and women often lose weight and build muscle at different rates, so we’ll be taking that into account when evaluating results. Everyone’s progress is tracked individually, and our winner won’t be chosen by pounds alone, looking for muscle gain—it’s about consistency, effort, and overall transformation.
