Barbara Brenseke is a highly sought after Certified Fitness Instructor with over 20 years of experience in the athletic and fitness field.. She is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and Idea Health and Fitness Association. Barbara is a Certified Program Design Specialist. CPDS graduates are uniquely qualified to design programs for all athletes. They not only have a complete understanding of how to design effective programs, but are also considered an expert practitioner in how to effectively implement them for maximum benefit. The Certified Program Design Specialist course is designed for any Strength Coach, Sport Coach, or Fitness Professional who works with athletes or adult fitness clients. She is also certified Hardstyle Kettlebell (HKC) Instructor, Class C certified soccer coach with the Long Island Junior Soccer League and a a certified Olympic Weight Lifting Sports Performance Coach . She is a strength and conditioning coach who works with athletes of all ages and levels. In addition, she works with adults and coaches them on how to lead a healthy lifestyle. Barbara is an athlete herself and competes in Olympic Distance Triathlons, Marathons and is a USTA tennis player.
