We work with individuals with autism, as well as other developmental and physical disabilities. Every session is planned around the person in front of us: their goals, their strengths, and what they need to feel comfortable and succeed.
Whether it is someone's first time in a gym or they are ready to build on what they already do, every exercise is modified to fit.

What Makes Our Adaptive Training Different?
Big, busy gyms and fast-moving group classes are not the right fit for everyone. Here, the pace is set by the individual, not the class.
We keep the routine consistent from week to week so members know what to expect when they walk in. Clear instructions, patient coaching, and a predictable structure make it easier to focus on getting stronger.

Using a Self-Directed Budget or Other Funding?
Some of our members use funding programs to help cover the cost of their training. Approval is decided by your program and care team, but we are happy to make the process easier. We can provide:
- Itemized receipts with our business name, the member's name, and the date of payment
- Our published rates for adaptive training
- A written description of the program to share with your broker or care team
